  We currently have 23 machines used in the manufacturing of envelopes consisting of the following:

  • 3 AMC cutting machines :  These machines hold 8 rolls of paper which are fed through the press resulting in
    diagonal seam blanks which are then transferred tot he converting department and fed through the converting
    machines
  • 2 PHP cutting machines:  Diagonal seam blanks are cut out of a sheet of paper.
  • 1 HP cutting machine:  Diagonal seam blanks are cut out of sheets of paper manually.
  • 5 High Speed RA, Combination #1converting machine:
      1.  Blank fed
      2.  Diagonal Seam
      3.  Prints Flexo in-line 2/1
      4.  Window patching
  • 1 High speed RA WA Combination #1 converting machine:
      1.  Blank fed
      2.  Diagonal seam & 2 side seam
      3.  Prints Flexo in-line 2/1

  • 2 High speed RA combination #6 converting machine:

  • 2 WR converting machines:

  • 1 MOH MOWconverting machine:

      3.  Converts regulars only
  • 1 Jet Press: Already folded envelopes are fed through for a higher quality finish
  • 1 Cheetah:  Already folded envelopes are fed through for either Latex or Peel to Seel (strip) applications.
