Guidelines: Seaboard assumes no responsibility for proper cutting of envelopes from the stock supplied by our customer if the guidelines listed below are not followed. Paper may be returned to you.
- A layout from Seaboard Envelop e will be supplied to you at your request for all Pre-Printed jobs you will be having converted at
our facility. IT IS ABSOLUTELY VITAL THAT YOU PRINT FROM THE LAYOUT WE PROVIDE TO YOU.
- For any jobs with bleeds please allow 1/8” wraparound on any edge of any bleed
- Registration/cutting dots placed on first 3 or 4 layout sheets located 1/32” from each corner of each envelope on the sheet.***We
are not responsible for dots appearing on the folded envelope if dots are printed on every sheet ***
- Sheets must be well jogged, free from damaged edges and packaged accordingly.**We will not jog your paper and the order
will be placed on hold until this guideline is satisfied.**
- Provide an additional 3% to 15% of paper for waste depending on your yeild.
- Industry standards allow up to 1/8” bounce when converting. Absolute conformity of every envelope in respect to the printing is
not guaranteed. Keep this in mind when the printing registers close to any edge.
- No coated or gloss stock.
- Ink offset, smear, cruched embossing, or registration problems that are not associated with converting are not the responsibility
of Seaboard Envelope.
- Unless otherwise instructed in writing by the customer, ALL paper you supply to us will be cut, converted, and invoiced
accordingly.
UnPrinted Stock

- Supplied paper shall be well jogged and packed by the customer and shall be free from damaged edges. (If paper comes to us
damaged or unjogged, you may be charged an additional $1.00 per M, $50 minimum)
- Coated/Gloss stock will not be accepted for any converting order.
- Please provide 10% paper for waste.
- All paper supplied wil be cut, converted, and billed to you.
